Helping
You Make The Right Choice of Materials, First Time
There are three key types of materials that you can choose
from to ensure that your binders create the right image for you.
Each provides an unlimited number of uses to suit your specific
project.
Following is an overview of each of the three main materials used
in the production of binders and wallets. For a more in depth view
on how these different products can be used to provide you with
your perfect solution, our sales office is at your disposal to discuss
your individual requirements, and to advise you on the ideal material
and finish for your project.
1.
Hi-Tech and Durable Flexibility
If Long Lasting, hardwearing, wipe clean, durable binders are what
you are after, it's hard to find a better material for your project
than Polypropylene. These binders are made from single sheets
of Polypropylene and are available in a wide choice of colours and
thickness, from the very flexible 0.5mm to the almost rigid 1.2mm.
You may also choose transparent or frosted finishes to give your
project a very hi-tech and modern appearance. Printing directly
onto the material - including the possibility of full colour process
litho printing - you'll have unlimited choice in finding the perfect
finish for your project. Polypropylene is also a great and flexible
material if you require carry cases or wallets as part of your project.
2. Multi Functional With Multiple Options
PVC offers you unlimited flexibility for your project
giving you the ability to weld additional integral pockets directly
onto your binder making it very practical for the inclusion of Discs,
CD's, Business Cards and any manner of additional materials that
you may require to include with your binder.
PVC allows for printing direct onto your binder, sealing printed
sheets within its covers or the option of 'open-top' clear covers
meaning that you can change the print as and when you wish
quickly and easily, saving you time and money.
You have a huge range of PVCs to choose from, giving you the scope
to choose from plain, low cost varieties to high quality leather-look
styles or even very stylised finishes including PVCs with a silk
or metallic appearance. Giving you the flexibility to find the perfect
binder for your project.
3.
Holding No Limit To Your Imagination.
With 'Paper Over Board' the final look of your project is
limited only to your own imagination. So how does it work?
Paper sheets are litho printed
giving you total flexibility
in your print design, great for using photographic images to add
to your message. The printed sheets are then finished in a variety
of laminates and varnishes, giving great protection against wear
and tear and allowing you to choose between matt or gloss finishes.
